PRIVACY POLICY

Effective: April 1, 2026

1. Information We Collect We collect your name, email, and profile photo via Google Sign-In. Artists may also submit videos, bio text, and city. We collect likes, comments, and your assigned role in the app. We do NOT collect location, contacts, or payment information.

2. How We Use It To authenticate you, display auditions to our selection committee, send notifications about your submission status, and enable community features (likes and comments).

3. Who Can See It Auditions are private until officially selected. Only the approved judges can view submissions. Your email is never shown publicly. We never sell your data.

4. Data Storage Stored on Google Firebase in Canada (Toronto region). All data encrypted in transit via HTTPS.

5. Google Sign-In We use Google Sign-In. We only access your name, email and photo — nothing else.

6. Your Rights You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email Info@CanadianTalent.Org with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
